Aurum Co. is a program design firm. We rebuild the training, certification, and curriculum work that is not landing, and we design new programs from the ground up. Built so other people can deliver them at the standard you built them to.
WHY AURUM CO. EXISTS
Brilliant work dies in the delivery every day in this industry. The expert who built something real watches her course underperform what she does in person. The leader who invested in the program watches the team return from training and go right back to doing what they did before. The methodology was sound. The trainer was good. The participants were engaged. And the work still did not transfer.
That is not a failure of effort or talent. It is a failure of design. Programs were being built around awareness as the finish line, and awareness, however inspiring, does not produce behavior change on its own. The interruption that actually shifts behavior was missing from the architecture. So the room felt powerful, the evaluations came back glowing, and nothing measurable moved.
Aurum Co. was built on a different premise. The gold is already inside the work. The framework, the methodology, the hard-won insight, the years of refinement. What is usually missing is the structure around it that lets other people actually receive it. Aurum is the Latin word for gold, and the gold is what we build around. Your gold, already there, waiting for the structure that lets it reach the people it was meant to reach.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Kayla Burch
Kayla has spent over a decade in the coaching industry. She has trained more than 200 coaches, built training infrastructure for leading names in the personal development industry, led retreats and live programs, and designed the curriculum that other people deliver.
She is the creator of the Trigger Response Method, a behavior change framework used inside coaching programs and certifications across the industry. She is the founder of Coaching Mastery Academy, an IAPC&M-accredited certification that has trained working coaches for years, and personally holds IAPC&M's highest credential as a Master Coach and Mentor. She is the author of Beyond Illusion and The Expansion Code, two books on the patterns that drive how people think, decide, and change. She is a sought-after speaker, an expert in behavior change, and was named one of 50 Women to Know in Oklahoma.
Alongside the design work, she coaches privately as an executive coach to senior leaders, including executives inside Fortune 500 companies and mission-driven nonprofits.
