Program Diagnostic
We figure out why your training is not sticking, then tell you the truth about what to do next.
A six-week diagnostic where we evaluate what is actually happening inside your existing program, or the gap between where you are and where you need to be. We talk to you and your team, look at what is in place, and name what is actually broken at the design level.
The recommendation that comes out of this is the recommendation that is right for you. Sometimes that is a scoped engagement with us. Sometimes it is something you can fix internally. Sometimes the answer is a referral somewhere else.
Six weeks+
You walk away with a clear picture of why your program is not landing, a written diagnostic you can use internally, and a recommended path forward. No guessing what to do next.
Program Build
We rebuild your training into a program that actually changes behavior, and your team can deliver it without us in the room.
We take what we found in the Diagnostic and rebuild your training, or design new training, into a behavior-change program. Built to fit inside your systems. Designed to be delivered by your facilitators or coaches at the standard we set together.
This is where the work that was not landing becomes the work that does.
Sixteen weeks+ Begins after a completed Program Diagnostic.
You walk away with a finished program your team can run on their own, the design rationale that explains why it works, and the standard that holds it together. Ready to deliver.
Methodology Certification System
We build the system your organization uses to certify its own facilitators, and train your team to run it after we exit.
The deepest engagement on this track. We design the certification system your organization will use to certify every facilitator who delivers the program, run the first group through it to validate the system, then train your designated lead trainer to run it without us.
After we exit, your organization runs every future certification independently. The standard holds without us in the room.
Thirty-two weeks + Begins after a completed Program Build.
You walk away with a working certification system, a trained lead who can run it, a first group of certified facilitators, and a program that can scale inside your organization without depending on us or anyone else outside it.

Methodology Certification
We certify a group of coaches to deliver your program at your standard.
We train a group of coaches you choose to deliver your program at the standard you built it to. Plus a designated lead coach trained to evaluate ongoing delivery after we exit.
Your work, in other people's hands. Held to your line.

You walk away with a group of coaches certified to deliver your work, a lead coach who can keep evaluating new ones after we leave, and the calibration tools that keep everyone delivering to the same standard.
Methodology Certification System
We build the system that lets your methodology outlive you, and train someone you trust to run it.
The deepest engagement on this track. We design the apparatus that protects how your work gets taught, certified, and delivered for as long as it exists. We run the first group of coaches through it to validate it in practice, then train someone you trust to run it without us, without you, and without the standard slipping.
This is the engagement for experts who want their work to keep running at standard whether they are in the room or not.
