WORK WITH Aurum Co.
Before you build something else, find out why the current work is not landing.
Most organizations do not come to Aurum Co. before they have tried something. They come after changing the facilitator, adding another training, rewriting the materials, or pushing harder on accountability. The same issue is still showing up, and they no longer want to guess at the reason.
The first question is not, "What should we build next?" It is, "What is actually failing?" The answer may be the content, the design, the way the program is being used, or something training was never going to solve in the first place.
Most organizational work begins with the Program Diagnostic. If the problem is already clear and there is enough information to scope the work responsibly, we may recommend moving directly into Design + Build.
Who this work is built for
Aurum Co. primarily works with organizations of roughly 30 to 250 people where a founder, executive, program leader, or training leader owns the problem and can give us access to the people, materials, and context required to understand it.
If you need an off-the-shelf training, a speaker for a single event, or someone to deliver a program that is already built, this is probably not the right engagement.
Program Diagnostic
We figure out why the training is not sticking before you spend more money trying to fix it.
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks
The Diagnostic is for an organization that knows something is not working and does not want to keep making decisions from the complaint at the surface.
Over four to six weeks, Kayla reviews the program and how it is actually being used. She talks with leadership and the people closest to the work, then traces where the change is breaking down. The curriculum may be the issue. The organization may be asking people to use a behavior the environment does not support. The honest answer may be that this was never a training problem.
At the end, leadership receives a written Diagnostic, a prioritized recommendation, and a conversation about the findings. If the next phase belongs with Aurum Co., we scope it separately. If it does not, we say so.
Design + Build
We design or rebuild the program around the behavior the organization actually needs.
When the Diagnostic shows that the program itself needs to change, Aurum Co. designs or rebuilds it around what people need to be able to do outside the training room. Depending on what we found, that may include curriculum, facilitator guides, practice, reinforcement, measurement, and a plan for handing the program to the internal team.
The organization ends with a program its own people can deliver and a clear standard for how the work is meant to be carried forward.
Implementation and Internal Capability
When the program needs support through its first real use, we build that into the work.
Some programs need support through their first real use. Aurum Co. may stay through early delivery to see what holds up in practice, help facilitators work to the program's standard, or build an internal certification process when the organization needs one.
That work is scoped because the program needs it, and the goal is still a clean exit with the organization able to carry the work forward without long-term dependence on Aurum Co.
FOR EXPERTS AND METHODOLOGY OWNERS
Your work is ready to be delivered by someone other than you.
Experts usually do not need an organizational Diagnostic. They need a direct conversation about the method, what already exists, who needs to deliver it, and what is getting lost when someone else tries.
Aurum Co. identifies the decisions, standards, and judgment currently living in the expert's head, then builds the structure another coach, facilitator, or team needs to carry the work well. The engagement depends on what already exists and who the method needs to serve.
Start with the problem you are actually seeing.
Tell us what is happening, what the program was expected to change, and what has already been tried. We will decide together whether Aurum Co. is the right next step.
