Execution Review

Scope and timing are agreed before the work begins.
When a team is putting in the effort but the work is not moving as expected, the answer is not always more training. An Execution Review examines the priorities, decisions, skills, and working conditions affecting follow-through.
We use the Five Conditions as a lens: Direction, Translation, Capability, Enablement, and Reinforcement. Through leadership conversations, a review of relevant materials, and a facilitated working session, we identify where execution is breaking down and what needs attention.
You receive clear findings, prioritized recommendations, and a practical path for the next 90 days. Any follow-on work is scoped separately. An Execution Review is available when you need it; it is not a requirement for other services.

Leadership planning and succession planning focus on the people who will carry that work forward. We help define leadership expectations, identify development needs, and prepare for transitions through knowledge transfer and clearer responsibilities.
Workshops, training, and leadership retreats create time to work through decisions, build skills, and address challenges together. We design the agenda and facilitate sessions around the outcomes you need, with practical work that carries back into the organization.

FOR EXPERTS AND METHODOLOGY OWNERS
Develop your methodology into programs others can teach and deliver.
We work with experts, authors, and methodology owners to turn their knowledge and intellectual property into structured learning experiences. You may have a book, a body of work, an existing program, or a method you have developed through years of practice. We help define what makes the work effective and how to teach it to others.
The work begins with methodology and IP extraction. Through working sessions and a review of your existing materials, we draw out your process, the decisions you make, and the knowledge you use that may not yet be written down. We organize it into a clear framework, with the steps and standards another person needs to learn and apply it.
From there, we develop curricula, flagship programs, workshops, and certification programs. This can include the program structure, learning objectives, session designs, participant workbooks, facilitation guides, and scripts. We build both the participant experience and the materials a coach or facilitator needs to deliver it.
For certification programs, we define what someone must be able to demonstrate and design the practice, assessment, and delivery standards around it. We can also develop facilitator training and prepare your program for future licensing. The aim is to preserve the depth of your original work as it reaches more people through other coaches and facilitators.
