4.1 Payment Terms Payment terms for Aurum Co. engagements are defined in the individual engagement agreement signed prior to the start of work. Failure to complete agreed-upon payments may result in suspension or termination of the engagement.

4.2 Refund Policy Aurum Co. engagements are scoped, scheduled, and resourced in advance. Once an engagement begins, payments are non-refundable.

4.3 Cancellations If a client cancels an engagement before completion, the client remains responsible for payment as defined in the engagement agreement.

5.1 Service Disclaimer Aurum Co. provides program design, curriculum development, and certification engagements. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or organizational outcomes.
