You do not need a polished brief or an answer about which service you need. Come ready to talk about the program, initiative, or methodology you are concerned about: what it was supposed to change, what is happening now, and what has already been tried.

This is a focused 30-minute Strategic Conversation. We will use it to understand the situation well enough to decide whether Aurum Co. should be involved and what the next step should be.

This is probably the right conversation if:

Your organization has already invested in training and the same problems are still showing up. You may also have a program that only works when one specific person leads it, or a methodology that needs to be delivered by other people without losing the standard that makes it work.

What happens after the conversation

Kayla may recommend the paid Program Diagnostic, a directly scoped Design + Build engagement, or an internal step the organization should take before bringing in Aurum Co.. If Aurum Co. is not the right firm for the problem, she will say that clearly.

The Strategic Conversation is not a free version of the Program Diagnostic. A real diagnosis requires access to the program, the people closest to it, and the systems surrounding the work.
